Shipping policy

Shipping in Panama (free for orders with a value above USD100)

We make it a priority to ship out all orders as soon as possible. Your items are expected to be shipped within 3 to 6 business days after the items have been picked up by the delivery carrier. Delivery dates may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

The standard shipping fee is:

  • USD10 for orders with a value below USD100.
  • Free for orders above USD100

International Shipping

We offer international delivery with our partner DHL to the following countries:

  • Argentina (Buenos Aires province)
  • Brazil (Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo states)
  • Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec provinces)
  • Chile (Valparaiso and Santiago regions)
  • Colombia (Capital District and Antioquia province)
  • Costa Rica (Limon, Puntarenas and San Jose provinces)
  • Mexico (Ciudad de Mexico, Jalisco, Mexico State, Nuevo Leon and Tlaxcala states)
  • Paraguay
  • Peru (Ancash, Cajamarca, Cusco, Ica, Junin, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima and Piura regions)
  • United States
  • Uruguay (Montevideo)
  • Venezuela (Carabobo, Capital, Miranda and Nueva Esparta states)

The standard international shipping fees for all items (except for kimonos, handbags and fine jewelry) are:

  • USD30 for orders with a value below USD200
  • USD50 for orders with a value between USD200 and USD500 
  • International shipping is free for orders with a value above USD500

For kimonos, handbags and fine jewelry, the standard international shipping fee is USD15.

The standard international shipping fees do not include taxes and duties that may be charged by some countries on international shipment. Those customs and duty charges vary from one country to another.

Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We will email you your tracking information when the order ships.
